Join us for a delightful and colorful chamber music concert featuring renaissance, baroque, classical, contemporary, and jazz music of all kinds. Featuring the Kansas State University and the Golden Apple Saxophone quartets under the direction of Dr. Anna Marie Wytko, Professor of Saxophone from within the KSU School of Music, Theatre, and Dance, this is a concert you do not want to miss!

Get ready to enjoy the music of J.S. Bach, Domenico Scarlatti, Claude Debussy, George Gershwin, Paul McCartney, John Lennon, tango music by the great Argentine tango master Astor Piazzolla, and so much more!
The Kansas State University Saxophone Chamber Music Program is comprised of the finest undergraduate and graduate saxophone students from around the country and abroad. This concert will feature the world premiere performance of saxophonist and composer James Probst’s composition Under the Twinkling Sky. Probst is the recipient of the prestigious Presser Undergraduate Scholar Award and Winner of the National Association for Music Education Composer’s Competition.
Dr. Wytko has performed as soloist with the Banda Sinfónica de Montevideo of Uruguay, the Banda de Conciertos de San José of Costa Rica, the Polish Air Force Band in Poland, as soloist at Carnegie Hall for the New York International Music Festival, at the Royal College of Music in London, and as soloist with orchestras throughout England and Scotland, among others. She will emcee the event, sharing her knowledge of the saxophone, music in the program, and much more.
